Kirara, sukeban inspired character redesign

This is a redesign of a character I did back in March. I didn't think I did the idea justice the first time and every time I looked at it all I could think of were ways to make it cooler, so that's what this is!

Also I wanted to give her a name and I thought Kirara was cute -,,-
